Paid for a month and canceled the auto renew after 2 weeks. I was told by the manager i do not get the rest of my month that was already paid for and to just pay for another month or move along. We are very happy at Crew now.

I assumed the renewal would be on the 1st of each month, especially since the first charge that ever showed up on my card was on March 1. I tried to cancel on March 27, thinking I was still ahead of the next billing cycle. But instead of processing the cancellation, they told me I had already been charged—claiming my renewal date was actually February 27—even though my card clearly shows the charge hit on March 1.
