I arrived on Sunday night and slept overnight backed against dock 15 (Docks 13-23 is for Kope). They open at 8:30am and I gave them my paperwork and license and they brought it back once they unloaded me. Took a little over 1hr for unload. The check in door is marked suite 220 and it’s between doors 23 & 24.
