I experienced very poor service as well as a costly experience with this law firm (Hilary Vessel was the attorney). They overcharged to make corrections on errors they made; as well as it required my new lawyer to get involved to ensure I got back what little was left of the retainer. Additionally they tried to use the rest of the retainer once I terminated their services.
