After my child being a patient there for years, and having primary and secondary insurance, they said they can no longer see my child because they don’t accept the secondary insurance, even though they’ve successfully billed the primary insurance! Now they refused us treatment. It’s like they are upset because they cannot double bill insurance. Not only that, they’ve had this info on file, nothing new, but waited until we drove 30 minutes to get there to tell us this. Horrible policy and horrible service.
