The folks in reception, imaging and the lab were all incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an x-ray and bloodwork done in under half an hour! Good job all.
The parking lot is a disgrace. My car was almost swallowed up in the potholes. The parking and having to walk to the front of the main entrance was not a well thought plan. For a regional hospital it is horrible! Something needs to change there and management needs to go park down by the end and need to walk to see for themselves the huge problem they have! Horrible experience today!
Dr. Kirsten Hickey…an outstanding, respected, admired knee specialist surgeon. Her impeccable procedures provided an unbelievable, exceptional outcome. She provided distinct helpful information, prepared readiness and kept checking-in. I felt assured with her. My experience was minimal discomfort and quick healing. It’s Day 5 since my surgery and I am ready to get back to my routine. I feel so grateful. Thank you, Dr. Hickey & team!
Horrible experience trying to call in for information that I should have received before kicked out after being ambulanced into Emergency with 2 nd to 3 rd degree burns to both hands and wrists. All I was told is they aren’t gonna skin graph or nuthin soooo ( exact words ) out you go .. the doctor wished for me to have a contact with another Department on the 27th so I Call back this morning.
