It's a bit hard to spot them but a nice clinic indeed. It was very clean and pathology service was prompt. As a St.Vincent’s patient, it makes my life a lot easier to come here instead of going to the hospital in Fitzroy.
5 Stars!! I saw Dr Alka at approx. 12.15pm today for blood samples to be taken (3 vials) and found her to be friendly and very efficient. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival. 😊
Get a capable medical receptionist. What a waste of time booking in an iron infusion when you don't even offer them? Make this make sense!? I'm very annoyed. I asked multiple times on the phone too.
Dr Alka kept me waiting for 30mins in the clinic (my appointment was 4.40pm and I got to see her at 5.10pm), then finished the session in 1min. Will never come to this clinic again. Don’t recommend
