This is Little Britain but in real life. Carol beer works on the front desk - computer says no. Doctor is always late, rude and horrible. I don't even know why she practices, she clearly doesn't want to be there. Her 5 star reviews are all from other "Tyagis" which is a bit of an eyebrows raised moment too. I'm sure they're legit. Michelle Tan was wonderful but gone sadly.
