I was in need for a new Toro zero turn mower. We live about 30 minutes north of Kansas City. No dealers in the metro had the specific model in stock, but could order one & hopefully get it in 3-4 weeks. Located Koop’s off FB marketplace & spoke with Adam. It was worth the 5 hour drive to make an honest purchase from an honest dealer. Thank you Koops for delivering on your promise. Awesome to business with people like you!!
They sold me a new rv 3 years ago. I took to have work done ,Then when I came to pick up told me motor was bad needed replaced.could not do the work .because the don't sell that model any more. Then charged me a fee for looking at it.. I had to load up by my self. Then handed me a bag of parts told me to have a nice day.
