Brenda made the sales call for my new Heat Pump and Air Handler, installed the unit and will service this unit for us. Perrel & Brenda Showed up on time worked expediently. Koontz put the original two HVAC systems in our new home and also the replacement units several years later. Their service through their annual maintenance agreement has been excellent. We have been with them 18 years and we always ask for Matt, an excellent technician!
Just had a new heating & AC system installed and I have to give the Koontz team 5 stars on multiple levels. First, the lady taking the calls is always pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. A hugh shout out to Koontz A/C Matt Arron Lori Jenn took great care of us. We have a whole new system. It is working great. They made sure we knew how to operate it which was wonderful. We have had Koontz since 1996 so that really says something about them. They really know what they are doing. Thank you all and that includes the staff at the Office.
RecommendedKoontz repaired our air conditioner so quickly. We discovered it was broken when we got home at 7 pm, and it was fixed before 8:30. Repairs were reasonably priced and clearly explained. This is the first repair we’ve needed since Koontz did some work for us seven years ago. Great work, and a great company!
