It was a pleasure working with Terrell. He kept me well informed every step of the way and treated me as if I were a family member.
My service agent did a wonderful with communication and willingness to assist me with my situation. I’m very disappointed with Ford basically forcing me to pay for repairs on an existing issue with my transmission. Ford extended warranty department declined to approve repairs because they stated it was a preexisting problem. Used car sales put a car on the lot with a $3800 problem.
