Was contacted by a rep from Koons and was advised that the truck had just come in and should be ready within a couple days to look at. Well those days went by and my next response from the rep I was dealing with was it was at the inspection station awaiting a part. Then I was asked if I was interested in any other inventory that they had. I then noticed that the vehicle suddenly disappeared from there inventory on there web site Koons White Marsh MD. Very rude responses to legitimate questions. You post something on yelp and get a condescending retort. They run credit even in cash buyers then you get a different story from everyone there about whether it happened. Finance and management is a train wreck. Last time I’ll buy there
