I reached out koons in regards to rebates and how they work when you have negative equity on a Sunday. I immediately received a response from the internet team who then referred me to Rebecca! She actually called me on her off day and talked with me about my situation. I let her know my credit was in the 400s in January and i was told at a used dealership that i had to put almost 2k down. I went in with a coupon for a 69.99 oil change and tire rotation. When I was done, they charged 66.81 because I guess there was a better service deal that I was unaware of. Great customer service to reduce the price without asking.
Sales person Airia very courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable and explained features of vehicle. Finance department put together a great fencing schedule. Highly recommend Koons.
