If you are buying a car from Koons Chevy in white marsh brand new they won’t haggle on the price at all. I dealt with Tiffany and she first informed me she would Beat any competitors price. Well come to find out they do not. We tried to make a deal on a non fully loaded trailblazer and Jerry’s Chevrolet for a fully loaded trailblazer was more of a deal and we mentioned that to her. She told us to go to Jerry’s then and buy that. Not great customer service when they don’t even come down on the price for a non loaded vehicle. ... read more

They had the car I was looking for. I called and made an appointment to test drive. Matt the salesman at Koons was very helpful with the purchase. The car was spotless and ready for pickup, cleaned and serviced properly. We had a 3 hour ride home with no issues. Very happy with the total sale.
