Would have been 5 stars, but they ruined it by 2 things they failed me on. 1. I brought up a noise coming from the tires on the test drive. They gave me an We owe you that they would fix the issue. They took the cheapest path by rotating the tires and telling me it was tire cupping and it would resolve itself eventually. i purchased a vehicle. My salesman was ok. Frankly they see a woman alone and they play games like they are doing you a favor. I had one question on my bill of sale I emailed, called the financial manager Josh Rodgers several times. No response. All I wanted was an explanation of computations on the receipt. Common courtesy would have been to at least return my email.
