I highly recommend working with Christian Y. to help your find and buy your next Volvo. He is intelligent, kind and truly supportive. Being female I have had many, too many to count negative encounters with men in the car-world. If you know - you know. Working with Christian was wonderful. If you miss the long forgotten days of honest car dealers and courteous professionals, run to Gunther Volvo in Coconut Creek. My sales rep Martin was a cut above the rest. He was honest, attentive and lived up to his word. If you like buying cars from a man of integrity, Martin is your guy. I can't express how disappointed I am with this dealership when it comes to service/repairs. I've spent over $3000 in the past few months for repairs on my 2014 Volvo only to have the check engine light come back on weeks after each repair. So it's back to the shop for another "repair" and invoice. When calling to discuss, I was given a sad story about the age of my car and told they could not be responsible for that check engine light , since it could mean any number of things.
