I bought a brand new car from them. About a week later I noticed some anti rust drain plugs in the glove box labeled “Dealership must install before delivery to customer”. Great… so they didn’t do a pre delivery inspection (PDI) … I decided to check the tire pressure and sure enough it was 20 PSI over the MAX allowed. Outstanding service on my 2 year maintenance check up and state inspection. I was completed in less than an hour.
My experience at this dealership was honestly 10 out of 10. Oscar in the service dept was outstanding in his level of customer service. They made me feel like a VIP every step of the process. Highly recommend this dealership for anything regarding service of vehicles. I can not give feedback on purchasing vehicles here because I never have, although I’m sure that process is probably extremely well run with real professionals guiding you through your search for a car.
