I talked to Kevin Lee from the Parts Dept. on the phone today. He greeted me with warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Kevin has amazing customer service. Others should be trained by him. I asked Kevin if he had an empty floor mat box laying around as I am trying to send artwork internationally. He took me seriously and went over and beyond to help me find a box.
