I had a really bad experience with this shop and the shop manager. I took my car there twice to get it fixed, and both times were disappointing. I have been having all my service done at Koons CDJR for the last 10 years. My favorite service advisor is Victor. He knows my car and the techs that do the best job. I always get great service at a fair price. Usually lower than at other non-dealership service centers. I even get a better price on tires too.
