I was there for an oil change, and Bradley at the service department / front desk, along with the other people working there, was very sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend coming to this dealership in Sterling, VA for your oil change. Additionally, the dealership offers a car wash after your service. Come on and come here!
So if you go to koons ford the sales team is wonderful but if you are trading in a vehicle and it’s financed you are in trouble for me they added a little padding to my pay off and said I would get that back plus it took them so long to pay it off that I still owe 759.01 thru the bank now I have to fight over that I could not recommend this dealership . I was very impressed with how honest, fair, and professional everyone there was. They did a lot of good handling all of my different requests and needs. They were prompt with communication and didn't exaggerate the quality of work. I would gladly do business with them again.
