I want to thank Koons Ford Service Center for taking care of my car. They are wonderful and caring. They picked up my car and took great care of it. And brought it back. Very nice since I had to stay home that day. Ive been with them for a very long time, and they are always wonderful. Thank you Koons Sterling Ford Service Center!!
Everything went great. Arrived a few minutes early and service department was opened and checked me in quickly. Service took about an hour which was an hour shorter than originally expected. Overall it was great.
This is the worse service ever! If there was a rating of zero, Daniel Vela would win the prize of zero or below!!
