I will not be returning, even though I purchased my truck from them! This was my second service visit since I live in Prince William County. I patd $148, for a oil change and tire rotation! I can stay local and get a better price, instead of driving 40 minutes one way to pay that! No Thanks!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They sold me a brand new Maverick with manufacture defects and have done a horrible job with service and repairs. Seat belt leveler came broke, they didnt properly fix it so it broke again and they didnt fix the cosmetic damages I found when I got home-which they said they would take care of. Incompetency at it's highest level. Came to pick up my vehicle and they could not my the key. On top of that they said they could not fnd number associated with it. Even though I got a call from them a week ago. 🤦🤦🤦Avoid at all cost .
Andrés Rivas provided excellent and efficient and solved my inquiry respectfully and timely. Manager Mike needs to pick up the pace. Was supposed to get a call back Monday, never received a call. Called Tuesday, and apparently our issue hadn't been forwarded to Mr. Mike. We were told, that we would get a call back, but never got a call back. First visit for a service plan oil change and they immediately try to upsell a $400 battery replacement. When I refused to sign their paperwork saying that I rejected what they claimed was a required service. I was refused the return of my keys. I finally found the service manager, who took my keys from their cashier and returned them to me. It’s two years later now, and that original battery is still working just fine. No startup problems yet. That claim that it was going to fail soon was just a lie.
