Great and fast service … thank you Nathan !
Upon picking up my car, I discovered it was parked under a pine tree. It was covered in sap and pine needles. It was a Saturday, so they had very few available people to talk to. So I called a couple hours later to talk to someone about detailing the exterior for me, since the car wash didn’t clean the sap. I was told the service director would call me on Monday. Still no call, two weeks later and nobody answers the phone when transferred to the service dept. Not to mention they didn't address everything I asked.
Had an appointment for sept 3rd at 8:30. Dropped off the truck Sept 2nd. Did not hear a word or text till the 4th after I called. They returned call 2 hrs latter. Why make a appointment if they can't honor the time and date.
