I brought my 1990 Mazda Miata to Koons. I met with Bejan Monderossi who talked me through the work they would perform, a timetable and a price. Bejan followed up with me repeatedly to tell me how the work was going and to assure me the car would be ready on time. I am attaching a finished product photo bc they (he) did an incredible job
I sent my car to them to fix the damage on the driver door after an accident. First, they held my car for 2 weeks because of a problem with the insurance check and kept asking me to call the insurance company. Then when I got my car back it was a damage on the front bumper. To top it off ,when I checked my dashcam to see what happened, I saw 2 technicians trying to remove something from the engine or transmission of my car.
