Took advantage of Mazda Koon's mobile service option. Randy did a fantastic job, the team was super engaged and the service was completely convenient for an otherwise dreaded activity. Look forward to booking an appointment with the team for my next service!
Christian should quit. He tried to mansplain to me that used cars were more expensive than new cars because new cars had a 10k mark up. I tried to tell him he made no sense and then he just said have a great day... Most of the cars do not have prices displayed.
Very good service, they try to do the job as fast they can, but, I feel that they're too much serious for customer service, I've been visit this place in the past 3 years for give a maintenance to my car and they're always give me a welcome with a serious face, is like if they're not happy at work.!
Agent Gustavo is a great person! I recomend him if you are willing to buy a car, nice service, I given a 5 stars
