Alicia Huntley was kind, considerate and professional. She checked on me and kept me informed and she walked me to my car when the inspection was completed. Texted me that I needed an alignment I gave the go ahead. Five mins later was told my car was done. Also the second time someone was going to call me about buying my car which has never happened
My experience was awesome always nice and upbeat. She is timely with updates and answers any questions.
Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the service took about three hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and I had to follow up several times. The promised car wash wasn’t completed, and the oil-change reminder was still showing afterward. They did offer to wash the car, but after the long wait, I decided to leave. I may use their pickup/drop-off service next time.
