It took over 3 hours to do an oil change when I had an appointment and was in time for the appointment. Normally Koons Kia of Woodbridge does oil changes for me in under an hour even when I don’t have an appointment. I would have appreciated a heads up warning that the oil change would take so long at the beginning of the appointment.
John Ponce De Leon was my service advisor during my visits in July 2026. Service was outstanding! John was professional, honest, explained clearly what needed to be done and what it would cost at a great price. I will be returning because of John!
