I would strongly recommend Avoiding the service department at Koons Kia of Woodbridge. After scheduling an appointment 4 weeks out in advance for something as basic as an oil change and tire rotation, I still ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time. The service is constantly slow, disorganized, and frustrating.
