Elvis was my service advisor during my visit in March 2025. Service was outstanding! This outstanding service started and ended with Elvis.
Colin, along with other employees in the service department are always friendly and courteous. Colin kept me posted on the status of my car and informed me of what I should do to maintain the health of my vehicle. The service is always fast and proficient.

Brought my car in as it was due for service. Colin was great and kept me updated with everything. I did ask for them to check if my warranty covers the issue I’m having with the drivers seat. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard back on what the deal is. A follow up would be great.
I took my car to Koons for a few services for which I had spoken to Colin about what needed to be to done and for him to answer some questions regarding each service. He was courteous, professional, attentive and answered my questions. I didn’t feel like he was “mansplaining” to me. I could tell that the service dept worked as a team, each assisting each other with the customers when it got really busy at rush hour. The work was complete when they said it would be, making it a seamless pickup. Thank you.
