Genuinely terrible service. My car was returned to me 3 times and was not fixed for any one of them. They would take days to respond to me, tell me it was fixed, I would pick it up with the exact same problems occurring. All in all my car was at kia for 3 months and they never fixed it. They didn’t refund me for any time lost or even apologize for there service. I have never had a worse experience at any establishment.
