My experience with both the vehicle quality and customer service has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a 2025 Kia Carnival with approximately 7,186 miles. My son purchased a KIA Sportage a few years ago and recently experienced the engine issue with the rod breaking warranty. My mechanic contacted Amanda here and she was well informed of this issue with the KIA brand. I had my son's car towed there and Amanda has kept me informed every step of the way. After reading the other one star reviews it’s apparent this establishment has a pattern of subpar customer service and counterproductive work ethic. In summary, I’ve been going back and forth with the services department for 5 days about an issue with my 2025 Kia Sportage which I bought there a year ago. We have had terrible service for our EV at Koons Kia. Our Kia EV has had problems with not starting. We bring it in and it is literally days before they look at it and they do not communicate at all. They just plug it in a computer and say ‘no code’ so no problem (even though the problem keeps happening). Then they can’t even bother to call or send a text to tell us what is going on.
