I worked with Ameen, super polite, casual, didn't push anything and was on the case for the right car for months for me. Highly recommend shopping here to work with him, felt honest relaxed and helpful. After visiting a few other dealerships in the end it was his salesmanship style that got me to buy from this location compared to another. After I bought the car I found a crack in the windshield and by the next week the service center got it taken care of in one hour in and out. If I buy another car, I will start here.
Service department could definitely improve on communication I took my car in for the first time for a recall and regular maintenance and it took most of the day I didnt receive any updates from my advisor Kaleb and after reaching out multiple times I found out he had left for the day without letting me know the status of my vehicle thankfully Frank answered around 530 told me the car was finished and helped me get it back that same day I appreciate Frank helping me out and hopefully communication is better on my next visit
Always a pleasant experience with the service team and my sales rep Nate G.and Service manager Earl.
Don’t bother trying to get a phone call back from here they have promised me a call multiple times over the past 3 weeks and I’ve yet to get ahold of or hear from anyone
