I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Koons Annapolis for over ten years. This service department is the reason a bought a Ford family vehicle. I loved the cleanliness in of the lounge; however now, they would rather have 100 unclean hands behind the lounge counter then the 2 clean hands of the lady who was there. She ways always polite and asked everyone who hey like anything and would fix their coffee or whatever they wanted. I remember I was there all day and she fixed my a cup of noodles.
