The service department is arguably the best in the area! I had been experiencing a brake issue with my new expedition but Earl and Mike were able to isolate the issue and get me back on the road.
Dropped my truck off at my scheduled appointment time 7:30 AM an Adaptive Cruise Control problem and wasn't contacted until the next day. They kept my truck overnight without contacting me, and all I wanted was them to turn off the ACC option on the OBD computer so I could use normal cruise control. The real insult was they are incapable of reprogramming the computer, told me I'd have to use FORscan or some other aftermarket program, and expected me to $225 for their inability to do any work! I did not immediately respond to him, but went to the dealership a few days later and TJ was our sales rep. Needless to say we got what we wanted for our trade in and finacing was easy with Dre.
