I felt like I got a good deal and everybody was nice. We arrived already knowing what car we were getting and it was ready. My salesperson was great, so no complaints about him. However, I arrived at the dealership at 3:15pm and it was close to 8pm when my wife and I finished signing papers to get the car. Also, we had to correct a few mistakes in the deal early on. Also, the finance person did a nice job bringing my loan rate down.
My experience was wonderful at Koons Toyota! Ashton was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and engaging. With his assistance I was able to purchase the exact car I wanted with no issues at all. I'd use Koons everytime and so will my family Thank you!

Only because I cannot give a 0. From a poor sales experience where I didn't get to test drive a vehicle to my current experience with having 3 blowouts in a week. The tires on the higher end Prius's are a known issue and cannot function on rural roads (the first two "pops" occured when I went on the grass shoulder; the other one was from driving on a cut stone driveway). They refuse to honor any warranty and lemon laws do not apply to design flaws in tires.
