The dealership - up and down the management chain - was first class. My salesman - Nick - was totally attentive and met all my expectations. A very pleasant buying experience. The Sales Management and finance team were excellent, efficient , fast and straight forward. I bought my first new Chevy pick up here in 2001 and this Clarksville dealership is a gem and delivers!
To whom it may concern this was my first experience at the GMC dealer. I called in advance to tell them what I was looking for and what I wanted. I told them if everything was what it said in the ad and there wasn't any callbacks on this vehicle that I was going to purchase it. Before I got there they had the truck cleaned up and ready to go. They also granted me a couple hundred dollars for a second key remote in case I lose mine. It was a great experience probably one of the better ones that I've had ever buying a vehicle.... read more
