Matthew was great to work with throughout my service visit. I brought my vehicle in for a wind noise concern, and the team followed the GM service bulletin exactly as instructed. Unfortunately, the repair didn’t resolve the issue, but that wasn’t due to a lack of effort on Matthew’s part.
