If you are looking for a great deal, this is the place. I checked with other dealers and found that they offered the best prices. If you’re looking for a great salesperson, Jack Pepal is your guy. He made sure we got the car we wanted, explained all the features, and even after signing the papers, he sat with us in the car to connect our phones and set everything up. They also offered me a great deal on my trade-in. I would absolutely buy another car from Jack Pepal — 1000/10
Dave Hammond, the service advisor, replaced my oil and informed me that I may need new breaks in the near future. I also asked him to please check my battery as my battery needed a jump start that same day. Nothing was wrong with the battery. I had my hazard flashers on too long with the car off. Dave Hammond is always very polite and friendly. He is trustworthy and I prefer going to see him when any service is needed for my car. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Sales manager should be fired! Most unethical! My husband had lined up a purchase had the check from bank written out to dealership in amount told by them, they had copy, we had train ticket bought to come from out of state to pick up next day! To find out at 9 pm night before from sales associate that the Manager sold car out from under her and us! This was a surprise present to our 16 old son that was messed up 2days before his birthday! Scott was awesome to work with. Very knowledgable and help full without being pushy. The dealership had a great selection of SUV's, so we had plenty to choose from and we are very happy with our selection as well as the whole process from sales to finance. All a great experience and that doesn't seem to happy often anymore.
