I bought a vehicle from Koons Ford in Woodbridge. Koons offers a tire protection plan. Before I signed I wanted to be sure I could bring this to any Koons, as I live in Vienna - they assured me. Popped a tie on a pothole 2 miles from Koons Chevy in Tyson’s late one evening, paid to get towed to Koons Chevy. Filled out the drop slip, ordered an uber home. There is nothing worse then getting quoted a price for oil and filter change over the phone, scheduling the appointment for the following day, then driving 45 minutes to the dealer only to be quoted 30% more for the same oil change in less than 24 hours. After all of these years, Koons has lost my business for good!
