I bought at car from Koons after my car was totaled in a car accident. I was set up with Danny . There was not a car on the lot that he didnt know anything about. that was very impressive. I am really happy with my car and my experience with Koons.
Stacy helped me with getting service done to my camry . i needed a tune up she was very knowledgeable and didnt miss a beat
I took my car in for a much needed oil change. Stacy was friendly and professional. I asked for a standard oil change. The manager informed me that the high mileage oil would be better for my car but didn't try to force me to get it just wanted to infom me.
Donna was great! She helped me in trying to figure out if it was time for my tune up she made sure i was knowledgeable about the service i was getting
It was worth the wait .They were very efficient and polite. I had taken my car to several shops and they gave me ridiculous amounts to pay. Koons worked with me and did awesome work to my lexus bridge toll to get over here and have this specific shop do the work. They were quick, efficient and informative. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I spoke to donna this morining about getting an appointment for an oil change. i was trying to get in and out so that i could go out of town . It was done in no time ! Thanks donna!
Took my toyota avalon there to get the oil changed, the customer service was great they came and greeted me immediately and walked me inside and asked what all i needed to get handled.
When i pulled in Donna greeted me and said,she would take care of me.i got my oil change for a great price!
Ms. Donna in the service shop was Very knowledgeable and professional . She made sure my vehicle was well taken care of.
