Now that it’s been a few years and I can post this with some privacy. Be extremely careful with your paperwork here. Walked in to buy a car, had pre-approved financing at 3% through a small local lender. Financing director tried to quite literally trick us into signing onto a new loan with them. We explicitly said we had pre-approved, didn’t want financing from koons, didn’t verbally tell us we were signing up for a new loan. I recently bought a used vehicle from Koons Arlington. The staff I worked with were friendly and helpful, and the buying process itself went smoothly. However, I was really disappointed to find out after the sale that the car hadn’t had its 40k maintenance done, and the tires are quite worn — likely with less than a year of life left. I had recently bought a new Toyota from Koons Arlington Toyota, but sadly realized after five months that it was not the right car for me. I had a great experience working with Jeffrey Manderville at Koons Arlington's used car division to find the right car for me and to trade in my just-purchased car. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He listened to my preferences and we quickly figured out which was the right car for me. I am very grateful.
ZERO STARS. My family and I visited this dealership in search of a safe vehicle. My husband, who works in the automotive industry, quickly identified a safety issue with the car we were interested in (white 2018 VW atlas with almost 100k miles).
