My first time, here. Came to bring my son’s car, I also have a Toyota but I go to another dealership in Florida. I was helped by Mr. Garcia Medina. Explained what the car was due for and was able to solve the issues the car was brought in for.
Absolutely awful. I was the first appointment in hoping I would get out early and it took them 5 hours. Many people who showed up after me, left before me. They significantly overcharged, sold services that are not necessary or not even applicable, and even added and charged me for a service that we didn’t discuss and I didn’t approve. When I left, a warning light came on for the tires that I had never seen before and was obviously caused by their services. They take advantage of people just like any other dealership.
