Saw this beautiful Lexus RC300 online. Drove out to see it in person. Jose Hernandez was my excellent sales rep. We got our car in Aug of 2020 and it has been back in forth in the shop since the day we got it. At first they took the car to a shop then they tried to fix it then sent it to the chevy and now its still broken. The General Manger is never in and will not return my phone calls. It's now the end of April of 2021 and it has to go back to the shop again.
