I had a great experience with Koons and was able to get into my preferred vehicle within 5 days of contacting them. The 2023 Prius Prime was not available in East Tennessee, and some of the local dealerships wanted to charge $5,000 extra just to help me get one (on top of their regular fees), and it was possibly going to be several months before I would be in the car (there was no way of knowing how long).
