Very accommodating and flexible scheduling. Technician showed up prepared and on time. He was knowledgeable and helpful; willing to answer our questions and concerns, as well as provided education on our system.

Our hot water tank decided to end itself either yesterday or the day before. We had called Kooltech Mechanical. They came by confirmed that our hot water tank needed to be replaced. They then provided a quote within 30 minutes. We approved it and they came by THE NEXT DAY with our brand new hot water tank and installed it. I could not be more satisfied with the service.
