I had a new heat pump installed. From the initial meeting to discuss the best option for me, through to the install, Marc and his crew were by far the best and most courteous workers I have experienced in my home thus far. They were quiet and clean. Every last scrap of debris cleaned up and removed. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
At our request, Kooltech changed the air conditioner in our condominium. Greg, the home comfort advisor with Kooltech met with us about our needs and researched the best unit for our condominium. He was very attentive to our situation and we were able to get things underway quickly. Mark and Nick from Kooltech removed the old unit and installed the new one.
