So I don’t really do review. The provider of the ac/ heat unit was the problem not kooltech. After ordering two units that came damage. Greg round me a solution and im grateful. The installation was done beautifuly. I would recommand but be ware that problem can happens.
Beware of this people…. This company knows how to keep busy themselves by not doing repair properly and you have to keep calling them for the same repair. Also they will make sure to charge you more hours even if they can finish repairs. For 1 hour job they will still charge you for 3-4 hours and even sometime not able to finish it properly and will come back next day to finish the repair. BEWARE!!! CONTACT ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. Contacted Kool tech mechanical for my yearly service on my equipment (furnace, hwt and A/C) that they installed 5 years ago. After multiple back and forth, they advise they had July 15, 2025 available between 8am -12pm. I confirm the appointment via email on June 18, 2025. Fast , friendly, knowledgeable, staff
I had a new heat pump installed. From the initial meeting to discuss the best option for me, through to the install, Marc and his crew were by far the best and most courteous workers I have experienced in my home thus far. They were quiet and clean. Every last scrap of debris cleaned up and removed. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
