After the July 1st flood in Ottawa, a very friendly and knowledgeable Kooltech technician came out to assess my furnace, which unfortunately had been sitting in 2+ feet of water for many hours. The verdict: I needed a new furnace. Greg then contacted me. He was very understanding as I worked through some ins and outs with my insurance. Installation day came quickly and was very smooth.
