Kooltech installed two heads and minisplit heat pump. Installers arrived on time and completed the job in a single day. After they completed the installation, they showed us the main features of the unit with the supplied remote. Afterwards, they cleanuped up the work site. The installers were very friendly and easily answered any questions we had.
Kooltech has been performing service on my mechanicals for over 12 years and I haven’t had a bad experience nor been left in the lurch….ever! Recently, I had the heating, cooling and hot water tanks upgraded because they were past their useful life and were not very efficient. There were four technicians present with one being on coop student. Everyone was super friendly, respectful and did a great job. Very quick response and turn around times!
Staff was courteous and efficient, and all servicing was completed to specifications. I would definitely use Kooltech Mechanical again.
