When our furnace failed to work at 0600hrs on a - 5 deg C day in Jan 2026, Kooltech was the go-to company we contacted as their service when we replaced the hot water heater a few years earlier was beyond reproach. In very short order the owner himself called back to discuss the issue. He then showed up within an hour, done a HVAC diagnostics and replaced a failed HSI.
