We wanted to have a mini/split installed in our garage. William did an excellent job of evaluating our needs and answering all of our questions. He gave us a very thorough report of his analysis. We were also very happy with the installation and are now enjoying a cool garage.
Great service and honest pricing
I was very hesitant to give this one star review but I have to do it. After reaching out to Koolpro because seeing that they have 5 stars reviews on Google. I'm starting to think that they pay people for their reviews. Why I gave them a 1 star? Lack of communication, give me an unrealistic quote for doing the simplest work because they didn't install the AC system. I pretty much gave them $180 to come out to take pictures and wasted my time.
Koolpro is knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. This is the Commercial service repair team you can count on. We have worked with Koolpro numerous times and every time they're fast to respond. To setup an appointment is easy and the customer experience is 5 stars.
Good great and quick! Came out and took care of the dead fan within an hour after arrival. 10/10
