During the extreme cold winter this February, I lost my heat. As always; when I have issues with my HVAC unit, I called Kool Point. Edwin got back to me and quickly resolved my heating problem. Amazing service would 100% recommend!!!
Very professional, friendly, polite and respectful. Had a very dirty/moldy/greasy mini split unit that needed a deep cleaning. Tony came and inspected, prepped the area and got set up. About an hour of work but well worth it! Don’t forget, we breathe this air every day and it should be clean!!!
