Very professional, friendly, polite and respectful. Had a very dirty/moldy/greasy mini split unit that needed a deep cleaning. Tony came and inspected, prepped the area and got set up. About an hour of work but well worth it! Don’t forget, we breathe this air every day and it should be clean!!!
KoolPoint did a great job installing a Humidex dehumidifier in my crawl space. Their staff were professional and took time to protect the flooring in the house.
