I phoned kooler after hours and less than 24hrs later I had a working garage door! Dillon did a great job throughout the whole project, he had patience to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and provided great education on a topic I knew zero about this was my first garage and it had the original piece from thirty years ago. I will definitely use Kooler again when the need arises. Thank you for your help!
