I had a roller bracket break and fall off my garage door. I was fortunately able to schedule an appointment within 3 hours of the breakdown. Kooler sent Teddy D. to inspect and repair the door, as well as the option for the 20 year old door’s replacement. Teddy was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He serviced and repaired the door and I will most likely have the entire door replaced by Kooler in the near future. Teddy did a great job!
Had just arrived home the other day when our garage door broke. So I called Kooler and spoke to Matt who was very friendly. He got our appointment set up right away. Within an hour and a half Caesar and Pascal showed up and replaced the broken spring on our garage door as well as replaced the wheels and fixed the railing system. They also replaced the stripping outside of our garage door, which looks great by the way. They did it in a very timely fashion. These guys don't mess around!!! I would definitely use them again.
