the person answering the phone could have been a little more pleasant but the plumber who made the service call, James, was AWESOME. He was called on a Saturday because I had NO water in the house. I had replaced the cartridge in the house filter. There was a problem with the filter valve itself. This model was made of plastic and no longer functioning and impacting the water flow.
