My wife and I drove 2 hours from the East side of Michigan to purchase our Grand Highlander. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of their customer service and the fair negotiation. From taking it for a test drive to patiently showing this old man all the way cool space age features wrapped in a cowboy wrapper, (sometimes she had to show me twice) she is the best.
