Steve Galloway went above and beyond what was necessary to help my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We were in a dire situation with a used car that was bleeding us dry. He fought hard to make sure we got a reliable vehicle and could drive away well informed. I have not experienced customer service like this in my life, not just from an auto dealership but anywhere. As long as I live in this part of the country I will not do auto business anywhere else. Kool Toyota truly met us in our moment of need. Thank you!
I had the pleasure of working with Beth, she was so receptive and easy to talk with. This was my first time ever looking at cars and she made me feel very comfortable, and I walked out of the store confident in her abilities to locate a car that was not easily available. Beth is the best!

Mike Edsenga and the Service Dept did an amazing job on our 2023 4Runner TRD Off Road. Nobody wants to deal with unexpected car repairs, but they turned it into a great experience. Timely, honest, clear communication and often with options to choose from based on budget. I certainly don't hope we have future car troubles again, but if we do we will be taking our Toyotas to Kool Toyota without hesitation.
