During the recent cold snap, our furnace was failing and the temperature in the house was well below the target temp on our thermostat. I called and left a message at Kool Temp very early (6 am). To my amazement, Amber (not a call service from a foreign country....but an honest to goodness local employee) called me back before 7 am and had me on the emergency schedule for that morning. The rating is for the annoying incessant commercials. They may work on some but after reading some of your reviews I wouldn't hire you anyway
