Called and received same day service. Diagnosed and fixed heat. Technician was polite and neat. Cleaned up after himself. Explained everything, what was wrong so I could understand work needed to be done and explained bill in detail. Very happy customer

I am a new customer of Kool Temp for my geothermal system. They performed work on a system that was still under warranty by the manufacturer. Their tech Brian was professional, nice, and knowledgeable. He explained what had gone wrong and the necessary fix. They handled interfacing with the manufacturer and were prompt with the fix. I am very happy to have found them and would strongly recommend to others.

Kool temp just installed a new electric heat pump system in my home. They were great...working with owner Mike was a pleasure...got appointment, estimate and materials all in timely way.. the prices were good. the installers- Mike G., Angel and Gage- were terrific. nice guys, polite and worked hard, and they had to spend several days working outside in the cold. never complained. I would recommend this company highly. Im excited for my new heating system this winter.
