Kool temp does not honor there work or products. They sold me a $7000 central air unit that was leaking refrigerant and are trying to make me pay $500 to fix it. I was told I had a 1 year warranty. To the owner Mike I will never pay for this!
I used Kool Temp to install my tankless water heater within a year it started having issues. I had a technican come out to diagnose the problem he told me the system is fine I need to change my shower head, so I did. That did not help. I called back and told them there was still no hot water, it took about 3 days for them to come back out. When the technician come, he told me a valve in the heater is bad, he did not have any, so he had to order it. Now I'm without hot water for a week.
