This company was fantastic! They offered a great price for installing central air, and the entire installation process was smooth and professional. The team worked efficiently, left no mess behind, and completed the project to a high standard. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about the great service I just had with Kool temp. I called this morning that my central air was not working. I was told they would have someone here between 11 and 1 today Sure enough Matt, their technician showed up. Extremely polite and super efficient. Checked everything and found problem. Fixed it in no time at all. A/c back working. Fantastic. Kool temp is definitely #1 in my book. Would highly recommend them to anyone . Thank you so much. Bob DiRuzzio.
Called and received same day service. Diagnosed and fixed heat. Technician was polite and neat. Cleaned up after himself. Explained everything, what was wrong so I could understand work needed to be done and explained bill in detail. Very happy customer
I am a new customer of Kool Temp for my geothermal system. They performed work on a system that was still under warranty by the manufacturer. Their tech Brian was professional, nice, and knowledgeable. He explained what had gone wrong and the necessary fix. They handled interfacing with the manufacturer and were prompt with the fix.
