I am really liking the spray tan. It's very natural looking and it lasted longer than I thought it would. It was probably a week and a half before it faded. Staff is very nice and helpful as well!!
I cannot say enough about Kool Tan. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Robyn is incredibly knowledgable and so friendly. I have worked in the tanning industry in the past and have never experienced such an informative and honest approach. The family atmosphere is such a fun experience. No pressure to buy an expensive package is a plus. After one five minute session I was amazed! I went the next day and signed up for a monthly package. There is no doubt this is the best place to tan in Texas!
Kool Tan is by far the best tanning experience I have ever had. They had me ready for my beach vacation in 2 weeks! Love the stand up booths and the sauna helped me drop almost 6 lbs. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Love not dealing with young pushy girls trying to sell you lotions and other services like other salons around town.
Kool Tan is by far the best tanning salon in new braunfels!! They are so welcoming and will sit down and share the amazing pros of tanning and you leave so educated and of course totally bronze and not orange!!!!! I have told everyone I've met to go in for an amazing experience in tanning and wellness!
