Managment has been bad that i was coming here several year but today was EXTREMELY upsetting! i had to fight for my appointment that they keep canceling not on the phone but once i arive for it. First time when i came to my appointment and it was cancelled they were apologetic and today i cam for this rescheduled appointment that i called in yesterday to make sure we are on, it was canceled again. The front desk did not once say sorry! I said that that is unacceptable and i need my appointment. So now i am.here 2 yours 35 ... read more

I love kool smiles on Ellis Ave. They treat children kind, friendly with parents, and really know their stuff. My son had two teeth pulled and felt no pain.....

My kids always love coming to Kool Smiles! The assistants, hygienist, and doctors are always so helpful and friendly. And they interact great with my kids, who are 4 and 6. They love coming to the dentist now since we've switched to Kool Smiles.
