We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes before we decided to leave. They couldn’t give us an answer as to how much more time we’d have to wait. The excuse given was that they had orthodontists there so chair space was limited. Why wouldn’t they schedule their appointments accordingly? We had this appointment scheduled for 6 months. The sad part is that this is the second time out of three that this has happened. I don’t care if insurance covers it or not, we will find a dentist that is respectful of our time.
