So my son had appointment at Kool Smiles we was in and out but any other time why do you have to fill out the same f****** paperwork all the time I close my eyes I think it's so stupid if you ain't bit if you been there 6 months ago why do you have to still keep doing the same pet instead of the same f****** paperwork every time you I think it's stupid, in a secretary has a very nasty attitude you say something she always getting smart
