Paid for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment up front rather than doing monthly billing. HUGE MISTAKE!! Multiple times I took time off work only to have them cancel the appointment. The last appointment they canceled I tried in vain to reschedule but they don’t answer phones and nobody would return my many calls to to reschedule for a couple months before I gave up. The doctors at this office are amazing. They take their time with my kids, explain to them what is going on and are as gentle as possible. I brought both my daughters in today 8/27/2018. My oldest needed a cleaning and they found a tooth busting through the gum improperly because a baby tooth hadn't fell out. They were able to extract the baby tooth in a few minutes. Worst experience ever. I had to take a document to my husband to sign (he works 20 mins away from their locstion) and bring it back to him before they would see my daughter. Onky to find out that he could fill it out on line. So we had to reschedule the appointment. My daughter was seen 30 minutes after for appointment time. After her cleaning she was put back in the waiting room as she needed to have 3 teeth pulled. We sat in the waiting room for over a hour. They were able to schedule my two children and myself for the same time appointment, I didn’t even think that was possible. We loved MK, she made my kids laugh , and feel comfortable!!! I would highly recommend this place and ask for MK especially with a first time visit, like I said she was awesome with my kids!!!!
I will never, ever, EVER bring my son back here again. They told my husband he needed to pin our son down to take an xray and only escalated his behavior when I calmed him down. Then they suggested he needed to be put under general anesthesia. Are you serious? He's 4, and that went from 0-100 really fast. There are other options before general anesthesia. Also, nothing was explained to us about anything. My son is traumatized. I will be finding him a new dentist and telling my friends to avoid this place like the plague.
