As a professional in the nursing field, I place a high value on patient interaction and ethical conduct, and unfortunately, my experience at this place fell significantly short of acceptable standards. Our initial appointment involves Dr. Misty. Regrettably there was a complete absence of introductory communication; neither I nor my daughter were greeted, and Dr. Misty proceeded directly with the examination without explaining any procedures. My children have been with these lovely people for 14 years. They have always been amazing. My daughter, who is now 17, had no idea there was a needle involved until her 4th grade teacher told her.
Great care was given to my daughter for her filling. Dr Yadava and Andreina were attentive and made myself and my daughter feel comfortable.
