I was put in for an emergency appointment for my son, so I knew there would be a wait. Appt was at 10 waited for about an hour then asked the lady at the desk was they behind. She confirmed they were, but my son was next. So we sat and waited another 30 minutes and was finally called to the back. Where we sat til 12 which is when I just walked out. Everytime we have an appointment we wait over an hour just to be put in a room and wait even longer. Awful w/ overbooking and nothing to occupy kids for very long. After waiting 1:45 this last visit we walked out and will not be going back. I also feel like most of the work done is excessive and not needed for children so small. Absolutely done with this dentist office.

They are never on time with appointment, they Schedule too many people in one day my appointment was for 2:oo other people coming in they taking them in and I’m still sitting there 2:30 so my daughter could Been seen and this ain’t the first time I’m so sick of this place
