would NOT recommend. i will never go back to this dental establishment. the only reason i came here was because they told me they accepted medicaid for my wisdom teeth removal when majority of offices in my town did not. from the first visit up until the day of surgery, they told me multiple times i would not have to pay for the wisdom teeth removal since it would be covered. as soon as im about to get the procedure done, they hit me with a $2.1k total saying that medicaid actually doesnt really cover it. after just acceptin... read more
I am from out of state and Franklin got me in right away for a broken tooth. They were unable to do the work, but referred me to an excellent dentist. Thank you.
My appointment was at 8:45 and they didn't even bring me back until 10:10. I didn't leave the facility until 11:10. When I questioned how long it was going to be I was told that it was normal for a 2-hour visit for your first visit. Which was not told to me beforehand or I could have prepared better. The majority of the staff also seem to be in a less than friendly mood. Granted I called today to get an open appointment for the same day, which only took a few minutes. We arrived at few minutes before 1pm& didn't leave until 3:40 for a simple cleaning. I wish they'd warn you about the wait, but as usual the staff are always welcoming & friendly.
The Dental Hygienist had an attitude, very rude, and was unprofessional. I HIGHLY do not recommend this office for your toddlers and young children.
