My experience with KS's was great!!!! They where very professional in every step of the way! The staff where awesome! Very attentive and kind to their customers!! I was recommended to KS's and I was very impressed.
1 start is very very generous. I made an appointment with this office over the phone weeks in advance, they checked my insurance before i went there. When i get to my appointment they tell me that they do not take or accept my type of insurance making me waste my time. As a working parent I had to take hours off work to take my kids to this dentist but i they have no regards for you or your time so do not even bother to even call these people. I would never visit this place. They do not handle their records correctly. I have NEVER BEEN to this business; yet, they have me in collections for an account with a totally different name of the person that received service. I have been trying to get them to remove it from my credit report to no avail. Beware of this before you do business with them.
The employees here are so patient with my son. They worked with him and his anxiety that he has when he goes to the dentist. They have a great boss that has hired great people to work at this location. And they are fast at what they do. Thank you so much for a great experience. Especially on this day.
