I love how patient they are and they’re very welcoming
I made an appointment weeks ago and when I showed up the building was locked and empty. I received 2 separate confirmation emails that my appointment was scheduled and not a single one that it was canceled. I called the number on their website and the woman at customer service just said "yeah, they're closed, I don't know why they scheduled appointments today, I've been getting these calls all day." and I just had to go home. I have attached screenshots of the appointment confirmation emails.
They are the best in the area for kids. They are very clean and gentle with my son and daughter. The staff are professional and polite and I didn't have to wait too long. =] Thank you Shawn for going above and beyond to make our visit fun.
