I went there at 10:00 to have a tooth extracted. I left around 11:30 and was told to wait about 30 minutes to an hour for a pain prescription to be sent in. At 2:45 I went to the pharmacy for the prescription and they didn't have it. I then called kool smiles and found out the doctor didn't send it in and that he will send the script in about an hour. What a disappointment with this office. I will not be back.
This morning I brought my grandson in for a filling He was attended by Dr. Johnson and his assistant Cordale the both were very calm and patient with my grandson they took care of him and I appreciate that. I would recommend the young men they did an outstanding job. Thanks
I fractured one of my front teeth on a Sunday, so needless to say needed to be seen quickly . Called the office on Monday morning and was informed that I could be seen as an emergency walk in at 8. Wait time was very short. Dr. Johnson and Cheyenne were great . They got me back in by Wednesday for impressions for the crown I need and stabilized the tooth along with fixing the other front tooth that was chipped. Could not have asked for anything better.
One of the dental assistants was extremely rude and condescending to my son because he had one cavity! The entire time she was cleaning his teeth she was making snide comment after snide comment. "Do you even brush your teeth?" and "do you drink any water!?". Then since she was so rough with him he started to tense up and shake so she snapped "why are you shaking!?". You advertise towards kids so maybe get some employees that aren't jerks to kids and parents.
The People Were Nice Enough. But I had alot of pain. One tooth needed to be extracted. She gave me a referral to another dentist. It was Friday, I cannot get in till next week. I asked for pain meds. She told me to take ibuprofen and tylenol. Not even A antibiotic! Now I am sick from over the counter meds. I called her Saturday, she said, come back and see another dentist Monday! Is she nuts, I am going to the Emerger cycle room. Which is going to cost several hundred dollars. I am in pain, sick and angry!
