What a pleasant experience! That may sound like an unusual comment for a visit to the "dentist", but everyone was friendly, pleasant and professional beginning with the front desk. My husband and I left saying how much we liked the dental hygienist, her assistants and the dentist. They are very structured to expedite your visit yet they don't make you feel like an item on an assembly line. We were first time patients at the Texas City Kool Smiles office, but we will be pleased to return and recommend to others.
Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Cynthia was really great with the services that they performed on my teeth...It was my first visit and I really appreciated the services...I will definitely be going back real soon and will be referring people to go there also.

The staff at Kool Smiles is awesome! They are efficient, polite, fast, and wonderful with the patients and parent alike. The Dentists are great, too. They truly care about what is best for the patient. I am so glad I found them, and look forward to a long, healthy relationship with them for my daughter. I highly recommend them to anyone!
We had an amazing experience here! My daughter had to return several times to get a couple crowns and fillings, we worked with Cynthia and she was FABULOUS! She really comforted my daughter and made her feel special. The dentist that did the work was really great here as well. I truly feel like these people care and love their job. They work great with kiddos! The wait was never bad either! We will continue to come back here.
